Part #1: Write CSS
Exercise:
Copy your working homework3 file to the homework 4 directory
(cse383_hw4) (note: if you did not complete HW3, do so now)
Add a link to your external css named hw4.css into the html file
o Note: You are allowed to go back in and add class names
to objects as required to make this work
Edit (nano or vim or …) the hw4.css so that your web page has as
much of the style of my example as possible
Submit the changes to git
Instead of refresh – press shift-f5
Link – instead of hw4.css make it “hw4.css?rev=1”
o Every time you change the css – update the html link to a
new rev
SUBMIT:
Word Document
o Make sure your name, class and assignment are at the
top
o List the changes you documented from lab4
o List any ones you were unable to implement and what you tried
o Add the link to the web page
